We are delighted that you are considering being a vendor at the festival.

We are hoping that our vendors at this festival inspire each other and grow. We are looking for artisans who make wonderful things with their hands, are most intimate to the product they showcase at this event. We are also eager for vendors close to everything yoga and healing arts and food vendors who focus on healthy foods, especially vegetarian options.

Vendor decisions will be made based on application date and selection of products to sell/display. Vendors will be notified of acceptance/denial no later than 14 days after receipt of request. Accepted vendors will receive confirmation packets as soon as payment is received and processed. Parking tickets and entry bracelets will be given at check in the week of the festival.

  • Estimated number of attendees: 1000 (teachers, volunteers, workshop organizers, vendors)

Participation fee: 

  • 10’ x 10’ booth with black pipe and drape - $250 (Includes 2 exhibitor wristbands. Upgrade pass to combo for $50 EACH)

  • 10’ x 20’ booth with black pipe and drape - $350 (Includes 2 exhibitor only wristbands. Upgrade pass to combo for $50 EACH)

  • Corner Booth Premium 10x10 - $350 (limited) (Includes 2 exhibitor wristbands. Upgrade pass to combo for $50 EACH)

  • Corner Booth Premium 10x20 - $450 (limited) (Includes 2 exhibitor wristbands. Upgrade pass to combo for $50 EACH)

  • Food trucks/carts - $450 (Includes 2 exhibitor wristbands. Upgrade pass to combo for $50 EACH)
