Less is more...Come unplugged if you can and pack light. Hoping the list below helps a little with getting ready for the weekend.

  • Something white for the opening and closing ceremony

  • Blocks if that is in your practice

  • Blanket as it is March and can be chilly

  • Campers please bring cold weather tent. It may not exceed a 2-person tent size.

  • Additional padding since the ground is concrete

  • Two farm fresh vegetarian seated dinners inspired by Ayurveda
  • Several food trucks with a diverse palette
  • Fresh vegetable based juice truck
  • Coffee, Oatmeal & muffins for breakfast
  • Nearby restaurants offering great breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Great Espresso stands, Brewery, Wine Store, Bars and local stores offering more.

There is a very large barn with extended roof and 3/4 walls on all sides with 2 large doors that will serve as the indoor camping area.

  • Camping pass needs to be purchased for every person sleeping in the barn area.

  • Grass camping spots can be purchased directly on-site. 

  • There are about 27 large picnic RV spots and about 150 RV spots without picnic tables and fire-pits. All of these spots can be secured directly on-site.

  • There are restrooms and showers on the grounds but additional mobile showers and restrooms made available on-site.

  • All practice spaces are heated but there might be other outdoor activities that could get cold in March. Pack smart.

  • The venue is 72 acres with an adjoining golf-course.

A Typical Day


Morning meet & greet starts at 7 am. This might include a hike up Mt. Peak or just a hangout at a cafe or a pedal into town for breakfast.

The immersion...

A typical day of activities will start at 8 am and end around 6:30 pm. Several spaces in the Yoga Village will carry through 90 minute guided practices across modalities and for all levels, accompanied by music throughout the day. Breathwork & Meditation will lead the morning yoga sessions. The talks, body and energy work, outdoor activities, workshops and other experiential activities will all wind down by 6:30 pm. Workshops & outdoor activities will require registration on-site. See a Mitra or a Maitri after you check-in for a schedule and registration details. Opening ceremony to set the intention for the weekend is on 3.22.18, in the evening around 6 pm. The Closing ceremony is on 3.25.18 in the evening around 6 pm. We recommend you wear white if possible.

Evening festivities...

After a full day of yoga, meditation and processes, the evenings are spent celebrating the inner spirit through soulful music, dances and more. The evening gathering will start around 7 pm and planned until 9 pm and will wind down no later than 10 pm.


Merchandise vendors will generally start around 9 am and wind down by 8 pm daily.  Food vendors might follow the same schedule but no later than 9 pm. Coffee, Oatmeal and muffin will be available starting at 7 am through 9 am.
